Everything from the greeting to the goodbye! We didn't want to leave! All the staff were absolutely Amazing! They cannot do enough for you!! We had an incredible room that was pool view which was pool and ocean view with our deck directly onto the pool area and restaurant. When we arrived there was a DJ at the pool which was a Fantastic Vibe. The room is large and very comfortable with a huge bathroom with 2 showers and a bathtub. The location is like being in Paradise with a wonderful beach where you can soak up sunrise and sunset with Samui in the backdrop. They have kayaks for the ocean and large inflatables in the pool. The swim up bar is fantastic with marvellous cocktails. The restaurant offers a nice breakfast and a great range of food for lunch and dinner at great prices. We loved all the food we ate. Everyone raves about the Pizzas which are as good as everyone says! It is only a 10 minute walk up the road to Haad Rin with a local convenient store about 2 mins away. There is a great laundry just before the convenience store on the hotel side that cleaned and dryed 2 big bags of clothes for £7 which was a bargain. You can get a shared Tuk Taxi from the Pier for 200baht each which is a great price as it is approx. 30 mins away from Thong Sala. It is also a fun ride with beautiful scenary. There are plenty of restaurants well priced particularly the local ones right near the hotel. I would highly recommend and would love to return to this peice of Paradise!

The property was in an excellent location in Haad Rin, and was perfect for our stay as we wanted to experience the Full Moon Party. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the bar staff! Nothing was a bother and they made the time around the pool fun! The breakfast was delicious each morning as was the other snacks we had throughout the day. An added touch was Fang, coming to introduce herself and to ensure that our stay was exceptional, which it was! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and we will definitely be back. The icing on the cake was the fire show on the beach on our last night! That’s a must see for any guest!

Location was great. We went for the full moon which wasn’t far. The hotel was chilled but also lively with some fab entertainment and djs. We really enjoyed our stay and all the staff were so lovely and really helpful (Lilly, kitty & tam we mainly dealt with) rooms were always kept clean and the pool was perfect temperature. Sunsets but no sunrises. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all.

everything! we had an ac issue in our room and were upgraded to the deluxe rooms with bigger balconies near the pool. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the pool and beach are so clean and breathtaking. a big thank you to Mr. Ex who truly made our stay wonderful along with the nee latvian employee. thank you so much will definitely be back.

All the facilities you need with a great restaurant and gym, massages etc. Staff all very friendly, in particular Fang who was brilliant with us from arrival making us feel at home and putting a smile on our faces every day when we spoke to her (thank you Fang!).
